Embarkation

After getting over the shock of the sheer size of Independence of the Seas at the Southampton dock we "sailed" through having initially booked in on line. There were a lot of passengers, but it was so quick and efficient (someone counted 42 check in desks), we were soon on board. For the first time in 5 cruises our luggage was there before us. I like the fact that there are tea and coffee making facilities in the cabin. Sometimes very welcome when after a long day on an excursion you can sit and relax on the balcony with a cuppa!
