Just returned, not in the Aqua Class but down amongst the galley slaves!!, we had an oceanview, it was fantastic, who wants to sit on a balcony all day, and yes we have done a balcony before.The ship is lovely with plenty of space. The food in the Silhouette dining room was first class. Service all over the ship was excellent except the Russians who seem miserable. Personally I thought the entertainment a bit cheesy and Holiday Campish but my wife loved it. The Lawn on top was brilliant and I won the croquet tournament, such a laugh. My only slight gripes were the ridiculously loud music around the pool, some days it made me wince, we found lovely quiet ares around the ship. It is really like Holiday Camp around the pool. Not what we expected or wanted.Didn't do the alcohol package, to make it value for money we would have had to drink solidly. The best deal was the $5 a day soft drink package, made some serious savings from that. It went nicely with the Bacardi we took on at the beginning. If you don't drink at least a bottle of wine a day, 5 beers and about 4 spirits, it just is not worth it. Some bought one package and went to the bar twice. Cant do this at the meal table. I drank less than any holiday and it didn't bother me a bit, and i had a great holiday.Be careful with the shore excursions, if they are 1-2 hours away, best use the ship, if close to the docks, do it yourself, you will save a fortune.Recommend The Mayan Ruins at Tulum, Mexico and the Aerial Tramway in Costa Rica and the Canals, both with the ship. Panama is a horrible place, the city is most unpleasant. The observation platform at Miraflores was interesting but did not need to go here on a trip. Could have got a taxi from the dock to Gatun Locks.Did Roatan with a local cab, walked around Cartegena on our own and found a local island tour on the dock in Cayman Islands.Wonderful memories with this fantastic ship and a very interesting and inventive itinerary.Overall 9 out of 10.
