Great, modern, new ship too bad that the vacation was not accompanied by services of the same type. There are several things that we had to disregard during our holiday, in order to make our cruise pleasant:- food - terrible, always had the impression that dinner was scrambled out from lunch left overs and vice versa; "steamed" vegetables usually still frozen; salad leafs turning brown etc.-services - many of the staff onboard hardly speak any language other than Italian. It is at least strange to find people at the reception desk who cannot communicate unless you speak their language; same goes for waiters in the restaurants. Not only these people were not making you feel welcome, but most of the times we felt like intruding into their private conversations among each other while at work.- trips - of course they need to sell their own tours, guided or not, but I found it really disturbing not to have them mention any details in regards to how to get to the city/ get a taxi/ bas/ metro in any of the cities we visited. The only option one gets is to buy the tours or discover how and what once you actually get in the port. Not to mention the hugh price difference between a simple shuttle and a regular bus from the ship to the city center (15 euro vs 2 euro; 8 euro vs 0.5 euro). And of course that you do not get (although are promised to) a satisfaction form on the ship at the end of the journey. The last impression is that in the end, no one cares.Next time we will use a different line.
