First all the good news. Employees are the best of any cruise line we ever sailed with. Other cruise lines need to see how it is done the right way. EVERY employee treats you like family. The talk to you like they knew you forever. These people make up for any little problems you might encounter. You cannot please everyone 100% not even us.The ship is always kept up and very clean. Yes it is a very old ship, however they did a super job of making it look like new. Don't expect the Queen-E. Do expect to have a super time, eat and eat and eat great. Shows are just fine. because we started to go every 6 weeks or so, we see the same every time other than the singer. Even the major cruise lines have the same shows for many months before they change. Prime rib, OH yes the Prime Rib. Melts in your mouth. I could write about the food forever. It is just great. All the ice cream you want. Open till late. Usually 5 different flavors.I love ice cream. Wish they had soft serve. They added apple juice for breakfast and punch for lunch. I was very happy to see those added. As for the beds. I have had 4 levels of different state rooms. 2 of the 4 were just fine. The other two, well not that comfortable. Got the same room twice. It was very comfortable.The Italian restaurant is excellent. I keep going back to the food, back to the food, back to the food. All in all this short cruise is well worth it.Now for the bad news. The Casino. Forget getting a correct count on your players club card. There equipment does not always keep track of your play. WE play the slots every night. It showed us not playing at all for two nights that I know of. So have a great time but forget the points benefits. Recommended YES! :-) Go and have a GREAT time.
