Embarked in San Diego and initial baggage handling was poor...no porters at taxis, and lackluster efforts. The embarkation line is long and slow. Our party boarded via wheelchair and even that was a bit slow. The cabin was good and spacious and the steward was very accommodating (though shampooing carpet underway is a bit much!)The Lido menu was the same day after day. The glasses for tea and drinks small (4 ounces?) The food was good, just the same each time.Worst part? No real info on the cruise each day, just a very generic bulletin with too many ads and little useful info. We were scheduled for PV, Mazatlan and Cabo....Mazatlan was canceled, yet we were never informed at all...anywhere! Had we arranged any business, reunion, meeting folks in Mazatlan, the4 trip would have been a disaster and waste of money. For that reason alone, I would not recommend HAL! I expected three ports and got two....not good!
