We arrived the day before and stayed at the Embassy Suites on 17th. The rooms were nice, very close to shopping for last minute items and they have a shuttle to port. I believe it was $9.00 per person - much less expensive than a taxi. The homemade breakfast was very goodThe embarkation went relatively smoothly. We only had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes until our number was called. After that we were on board and in our room in short order. Looked out of the veranda for a while and went to the Lido for lunch. We thought it would be packed, but it wasn't. The food was very good. In fact, the food during the whole cruise was excellent. Much better then Princess. Our room people were wonderful. Anything we requested was taken care of, quickly and with a smile. Seems like they really make a cruise.We really liked the entire itinerary. The best was Half Moon Cay. We rented jet skis and it was a hoot. The water is so clear and beautiful.We actually enjoyed all of the excursions. We booked through Holland and everyone was very nice and extremely knowledgeable about where we were.The last two days the salad in the Lido was a little wilted, but not bad enough not to eat.The only disappointment was with the photo shop (Ocean Images). Two days before we disembarked we ordered a photo. They said it would be ready the next day after 6:00 pm. We went back and they said they were running a little late; went back again about 9:00 and they couldn't find it. They said they would deliver it to our stateroom. The next morning (disembarkation day) the photo was under the door but it was not a picture of us. On our way off the ship we stopped by the photo shop returned the wrong photo, they said they would mail us the correct photo. We have never received it, but then again, we were never charged for it. This was quite a disappointment. I will never wait again to order a photo. I have emailed Holland, they told me to email the Ocean Images, but I have never heard back.We have booked three more cruises on Holland we are really looking forward to them.
