LAST MINUTE DEAL - Didn't know what to expect.ARRIVAL - Directed to park the car and went straight through to book in, had photos taken cases taken without any problems. Escorted to our cabins and within an hour our cases arrived.CABIN INNER - Good size large wardrobe plenty of hangers and was able to store case without falling over them, well lite, plenty of soaps etc.DRILL - was done on first day so over and done with leaving the rest of the holiday for enjoyment.SHIP - very clean and well kept windows were constantly washed and painting of ship at every portSTAFF - cannot do enough to please, they go out of there way to make you feel welcome a lovely friendly atmosphere aboard the ship, all staff of all nations get on very well.ENTERTAINMENT - largest I have seen and very well thought outFOOD/RESTAURANTS - food excellent very good choiceOVERALL - We have been on 6 cruises and this has got to be the best value for money, staff are friendly and work very hard at keeping the customer happy, pity the customer couldn't do the same. I have heard complaints over the most stupid things. CUSOMERS - also need to be aware of their abilities especially when going on trips regarding TENDERS. Was always announced that they needed to be fit an able, people insisted on getting on TENDERS when they were on WALKING FRAMES, WHEELCHAIRS and carrying walking sticks, staff sometimes 4-6 had to lift them on and off, this was a Health & Safety risk and held up the more able people. I have nothing against Disability but there comes a time when you have to admit you are unable to do something. Also they were a risk in the Self Service are with Walking Frames helping themselves to food especially when there was a Restaurant where they could be served. We were very lucky to have been on a cruise when the weather was good if it had been bad weather and the SHIP was being swayed then there would have been a lot of accidents with customers on Walking Frames.FURTHER CRUISES - I would definitely go on another cruise with this company as they know how to look after their customers.
