I went with 3 friends on a girls weekend on the Bahamas Celebration. When we booked the trip and saw how reasonable the price was, our expectations were very low. I'm pleased to say that our expectations were well surpassed!The ship itself is lovely, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The people on board the ship were great, too - a mix of all ages from all over the US and the world, which created a fun and festive atmosphere.The food was fine - some meals were better than others, and occasionally the service was a bit rushed, but we still enjoyed everything. The entertainment was fun - a bit of everything for everyone.The excursion to Grand Lucaya was absolutely wonderful. There was a very large part of the resort set aside just for cruise guests, and we had lots of space, no crush for lounges, etc. The beach was beautiful, the buffet was great, all in all it was a perfect day in the Bahamas.I would highly recommend this cruise to anyone looking for an easy, short getaway. Great for large groups or families, everyone will have a fantastic time!
