Sail Date: Apr 2011

Saturday April 2, 2011 - embarked on what turn out to be a heavenly trip. Starting in St. Louis flying into Washington D.C., then on to Amsterdam. Arrived in Amsterdam on Sunday around 7:00am were we met our shuttle. Quick and easy!Transported from the airport to The "Movenpick Hotel" (A resting place w/food and drink plus holding area for our luggage) to meet up with other cruise ship guess. Could not board our Riverboat until 4:00pm so we walked around Amsterdam. Even though we were very tired we enjoyed the day, but glad to board our boat, unpack, and rest. After our meal hubby and I and two other ladies went to the "Anne Frank Haus" (a must see). Monday morning we tour the canals of Amsterdam - such beauty! Around 11:30am we started our cruise. From the time we landed in Amsterdam Roger and I enjoyed each and every minute of our trip. We met such wonderful people from all parts of the world. In other reviews, I read this or that tour was a waste of time. You will not hear that from us. We all have different experiences, so let comments keep you from experiencing something new. It was our first time in that part of the world and wanted to take-in everything are glad we did! The "Felicity" has a great crew with lots of smiles, and Cruise Director, went out of his way to make sure the guess was well attended and informed.

Cabin Review

Our Cabin was perfect. Plenty of storage space. Bath was very comfortable and. We enjoyed the sliding French Doors.
