Sail Date: Mar 2011

First the Good:Entertainment team and acts excellent, Passengers very friendlythats it.Now the rest:Ship; past its sell by date, could not cope with any sought of wind or swell, rocking everytime out of port, lots of complaints from passengers.Carpets in public areas thread bare and needs a coat of paint(inside areas)Cabin: So called premier: Carpets filthy, tv not working, air con not working all in first 15 mins. Lame excuses for air con and tv got engineer myself to fix air con and IT buff to install new lead to TV.Could not open curtains as outside window were seats for smokers no peace from around 6.30 am till late.Halfway during cruise we woke to air con pumping class out soot. Cabin steward was given the job of fixing and cleaning carpets. Good job he was top boy.Food: basic same every day.All Inclusive: Having got AI as part of deal did not realise that most of ship were not on AI, they were offered it at around £180. pw.Could get basics and ship brands but could not get Tea or Coffee in Bistro absolutley ridiculous.Have cruise on thomson,s other ships and will again but will never set foot on the Escape again
