This cruise was wonderful! From the time we checked in to when we left, the staff was attentive, efficient, and very friendly making sure all our needs were met.The room was small, but certainly sufficient for our needs. It was always clean and ready for us. The balcony had 2 chairs, one that reclined and a table so you could sit out there and just enjoy the ocean or looking at the ports when we were docked. The food was great! We did go to 4 specialty restaurants and really enjoyed them. Most of the mornings and afternoons we went to the buffet. The selection of fruits and salads was great and we did have corned beef and cabbage on St. Patrick's day. We went to the Venetian Restaurant a few times and often seated where we could see the ocean from the large windows. The excursions offered many different options from adventure to just sitting and taking an island tour. In St. Kitts we did some shopping and then asked at a taxi stand for an hour tour. It was $30 for the taxi and the driver took us to some beautiful areas. In Antigua we did the kayaking adventure that also included snorkeling. It was such fun and the guide was patient and knowledgeable. The entertainment was very good. The cruise director, Matt Baker, was just great! The shows were varied and good, the comedians were fantastic. There was always some type of activity happening. Although we did not travel with children, there was a section of the ship reserved for them. They had their own pools as well as arcades for the older children and a basketball court. All in all, the freestyle cruising is the way to go for us. Eating wherever we wanted and whenever we wanted was just great. And unless you want to, there is no need for fancy clothes. Thank you Matt Baker and the entire crew of the Norwegian Dawn for a wonderful experience.

Cabin Review

Mid-Ship Balcony

Cabin BA

Good location in front central part of ship on starboard side. Liked the balcony. The room stewards were wonderful. Friendly from the time we boarded until we left. Room was a little small, but we didn't really spend much time there. It was very quiet nights.
