What a disappointment for a Christmas vacation.
For a new ship, our junior suite was smelly and rather worn; the beds were very uncomfortable, and we asked twice for the shower drain to be repaired and still no luck.
Our cabin attendant was very moody and always appeared bothered when we asked for anything.
