Butlins at sea

Sail Date: March 2011
Destination: Europe - British Isles & Western
Embarkation: Southampton
We had often wondered would we enjoy a large cruise ship after the ultimate experience of Azamara could anything be better than that.,so when I saw a 2 night cruise to Zeebruger to visit Bruges and try all that chocolate and special price balcony cabin same as inside i booked it.

What a mistake from the moment of check in at Southampton to the chaos of disembarkation nothing lived up to expectation,Too many people, nowhere quiet to relax, queues for everything from breakfast to lifts, buses, everywhere you went people pushing and so much noise.

The cabin clean and bed very comfortable ,best of all cruises we,ve had, plenty of hot water and good shower.

No water in the room to drink and 2 sachets of coffee a day!!!

Food ok could be better, buffet breakfast lacked imagination and fresh fruit could have been fresher.

Staff fairly indifferent but polite chatted a lot to each other.

Would recommend that P and O .staff do an Azamara cruise they could More learn a lot

Will never chance P and O again Less
