we arrived at the port and was on the ship in around 30 minutes,because we boarded after 2pm we got straight into our cabin which was on deck 12,first impressions were very good and we didn't have any issues with the bathroom setup at all,the balcony was also a good size,i must admit that the bed wasn't the most comfortable i have slept in and it was a little short.the ship is very clean and the staff was always cleaning.The decor is fine and not at all like anything else we had been on in the past,the chandelier in the atrium is stunning and the pictures don't do it justice at all.we ate in the garden cafe a few time and didn't have any problems with choice or quality of the food,the pancakes are to die for!! we ate breakfast in taste although there was limited choice it was excellent,if you want a quick cooked breakfast try the Irish bar.In the evening we ate in taste and manhattan both have the same menu just different dining experiences,we also ate in moderno which i cant begin to tell you how good it was,from the food to the staff everything was perfect...just go there when you are really hungry!we did only two excursions off the ship and both were OK,we did the segway trip in Nassau and st john when we was in st Thomas.the pools are a non starter and in our opinion they are way too small although the slides are good.we did the couples spa package and it was worth it just to get away for some relaxation,although the spa pool had a scum mark all the way around it,when my husband complained about it he was told it was a reaction to the chlorine and they would get someone to look at it,well the scum marked stayed for the week.the entertainment was not to our taste,we felt it was just geared up to people from the USA and Canada so a lot of the comedy was beyond us,having said that the blue man group was excellent and we saw them twice in our two week cruise.we haven't sailed on NCL before and i felt that if you wanted better service you had to pay for it,and i don't think we would sail with them again.
