Travelling from Canada as a party of 4 females, a teen, a tween, a mother and a grandmother.

Arrived in Miami at around 9:30 am, taxi to the port, no problem. Waited for the embarkation to start, once it did the line moved relatively well.

When we got to our room - sharing a balcony stateroom for the 4 of us - the first shock: one bed, dirty - I mean dirty - floor and sofa, bedskirt filthy and covered in stains and crusty, a lot of dust and dirty fingerprints all over the 'woodwork', smelly toilet. And us just really wanting to have a little rest! Went over to the customer service, and they promised someone would attend to us right away. After about 45 minutes the room steward showed up, and proceeded to be surprised at our disenchantement with one bed for four, plus the other stuff. Promised it would be fixed - by bedtime!!!! Not great. Waited for bags by the pool, while avoiding being sold all kinds of stuff. The room, as promised, went unchanged until after 7pm, and never - NEVER - dusted or toilet cleaned, for the duration of the trip, despite repeated requests.

Cabin Review

Family Balcony

Cabin B2

Room was laid out nicely, bathroom strange - separate toilet stall, which took away a lot of otherwise usable space. Very bad water pressure!
