This was our 3rd cruise with HAl and we were not as pleased as in the past.
Let me start by saying that they do have the embarking down to a science talk about smooth sailing! Of course we were in a suite so that of course helps but most of the personnel at the desks are wonderful.
Our suite was very nice however there were no lounge chairs on the deck which we had on other ships and the room was a tad smaller than other suites but still very nice except for the carpet which really needed a cleaning. My DH found it amazing that they did not give us 2 bars of soap in the bathroom so every time either one of us wanted soap we had to get it from a different dish! I am sure they are just cutting back but thought that was strange for a suite.

Need lounge chairs on balcony in suites
Please change room numbers that have a A after them we kept getting their mail their food, they could not get it straight after numerous talks with concierge.
Need two bars of soap in bathroom, get smaller bars but need two soaps if there are two sinks.
