I would like to keep this ship a secret, but I can't. The Oosterdam is fantastic. Our room Steward, Imbang, was a joy and such a hard worker. All staff members, from deck swabbers to Captain Mercer (with one exception, the Guest Relations Manager) were extremely friendly and helpful.
Steve at the piano bar was a hoot! Anyone who can sing Eric Clapton is tops in my book! His humorous dialogue with the guests sitting around the piano made my day.
The DJ (forget his name) in the Sportman's Bar Nightclub was extremely knowledgeable in music, and very accommodating. Knowing I liked a particular song, he would play it when he saw me come into the bar. Now that's service!!! My service dog and I danced the night away (and I suffered for it, but heck, it was a vacation!).
