I am a Silversea newbie, and sailed on my first Silversea cruise March 5 out of Barbados to FLL. I sailed twice with Holland America in 2010, and that was a disappointing experience.
Impressed by Silversea attention to detail from the online check-in to the pre-cruise documentation.
The transfer from the Barbados airport to the ship, and check in was handled well. The small ship is elegant and in fine condition. My suite was very nice with good carpentry and marble/stone bathroom.
