November 2010 we boarded the Sun Princess, we were a bit concerned while waiting to board as the average age of passengers appeared to be high and a lot of wheelchairs
However once on board this was not the case, except for the wheelchairs, these appeared to increase as the cruise progressed. Several appeared to be part time! not able to walk during tours ashore yet capable of maneuvering around the buffet, having to wait while a large person is priority loaded on and off tour buses then watching same person get up and walk when back on ship with food in view, very annoying to say the least. This need to be addressed by the cruise line
Entertainment top class, plenty of variety something for everyone. Theme nights the weather was against Hawaiian nights in the cold and rain did not work. Pre cruise advice re themes would have been nice
Cabin C425 great location, bathroom small difficult to dry oneself in with hitting things. In centre of ship minimal movement, near lifts
Plenty of storage space
Very quiet, view from balcony great no obstructions.
Cabin Stewart the best!
