Having watched "Undercover Boss" in January and seeing the CEO work with his ship-board teams, and really needing a cruise (we live in Montreal where it's freezing 5 months a year) we were super excited to book this 9-day cruise.

My wife works for an airline, so we booked at the very last minute and managed to score a Penthouse Suite, so we had VIP embarkation and our "butler" met us right away and brought us to our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom suite....no waiting...no line-ups...excellent!!

At first glance, it was spectacular...huge, beautiful and amazing. We even took pictures right away as we were thrilled. Floor-to-ceiling windows even in the shower and hot tub...WOW!!!

Cabin Review

Family Penthouse with Large Balcony

Cabin SC

We stayed in a huge Penthouse Suite with floor-to-ceiling windows in our shower and hot tub. Truly amazing!

But this ship is tired and it shows. Water buckets collect dripping water everywhere you go. Our couches and chairs were stained, worn and threadbare...

A cigarette stain the second bathroom was pretty ugly to say the least...we don't smoke!
