The trip started off as a comedy of confusion and while the weather can not be blamed upon Carnival their response is one of their own making.

The fog at Galveston created a surreal environment with 3,000 people getting off and 3,000 people wanting to get on at the same time. No real organization and a complete confusion, this was poorly managed.

The greatest self inflicted wound was the cancellation of Montego Bay and replacement with Progresso Mexico and thinking a $15.00 credit makes up from switching this from a 7 day to a 6 day cruise and from a Caribbean Cruise to a Mexican Cruise. Where the water is not as clear or the environment as enjoyable.
