The ship is not very pretty. No outdoor area to walk around and look at ocean. TERRIBLE cabins. Again TERRIBLE cabins. No bathroom. Just a tiny shower and toilet stall placed directly in the front door so you are basically naked in the hallway whenever you use the restroom. We had 2 adjoining cabins for 5 people. Hard to have 2 people in the room at the same time. A key card must be in a slot. To have power in the room. That's not so bad till someone leaves and takes there key so you fumble in the dark to find yours. We rigged up ways to get around this and our cabin steward kept stealing them under orders from norwegian. The first night we got sushi to go which was very nice (extra charge). The we tried to do it again. And they wouldn't let us. An hour later we saw another guest eating his to go sushi up by the pool. My son's key card was stolen from the kids club while he was there and another child rang up arcade and vending machine charges. We caught the the if red handed and they eventually removed the charges from our account. Simon from security left me a message with his direct line. Despite trying to reach him for the remainder of the cruise, I never spoke to him. He was completely unavailable.

The entertainment was fabulous. The food was wonderful. Always able to get a lounge chair and dinner reservations. Won bingo. I was the only winner, paid $80 to play yet only won $225. Very cheap payoffs. Embarkation was easy. Disembarkation was very slow. Long long time to get through customs. Long long time to get a cab. Was passed over at the h2o bar while waiting for a drink so ended up getting service from a pool waiter. Drinks were good. Food was excellent. Had a fun week but would not recommend this ship unless you can afford a villa. Also don't book the playa mis beach break, not enough beach time and too crowded. Book Theris Dixon in roatan.
