Recently returned home from an 11 night cruise on the Celebrity Equinox and stayed in an Aqua Class cabin. Embarkation and Disembarkation was a breeze. Our room was great, we had the odd room 1603 with the larger balcony and yes if it looks larger on the deck plan it really is. Also our bed was not by the window as every other room has the bed by the window. Room layout was great, the door opened out which made it so much easier to maneuver in the room, closet was smaller and next to the bed and the bathroom was larger, with a shower which had rounded shower doors and our Aqua Class had the 5 shower jets, upgraded bathroom amenities, robes, towels etc. We also received 2 bottles of water and a pitcher of ice tea every day along with our fruit and flowers.

Our restaurant, Blu, was great. Small, just like the specialty restaurants, service and food were excellent. It served breakfast and dinner. We also tried all three of the specialty restaurants; Murano, Tuscan Grille and Silk Harvest which was so good we ate there twice. We thought that Silk Harvest had the best food and service, Murano was very good and Tuscan Grille was okay.

The spa was great, had a few treatments, no problem getting on a treadmill in the gym when we wanted to and the Solarium adult pool right outside of the spa was really nice. The only thing we missed was the Thalassotherapy pool and the Jacuzzi's were too shallow and too small. We had access to the Persian Gardens any time we which really enjoyed, used the Turkish Steam Room, the Aromatherapy Sauna and the relaxation beds often.

Cabin Review

Cabin AQ

Cabin 1603 Aqua Class was great had a larger balcony then the rest. These 4 cabins on both sides have larger balcony just like it looks on the deck plans. Also every other room has the bed by the window. Our room did not much to our delight. We got this class for less then the Concierge class that we usually book and with more features.
