This will be one of my shorter reviews because in almost all cases my expectations were met or exceeded.

Both Embarkation and Disembarkation ran very smoothly.  We were on board within 15 minutes of arriving at port and we were off the ship precisely when we requested.  I really like the fact that on HAL you simply stay in your cabin until your assigned slot is called.  No milling and waiting in public areas like so many other lines.  It is very civilized.

 Speaking of civilized, there was not a single member of the crew or hotel staff that at any time was anything less than cheerful, helpful and professional.  Each and every one of them was a delight. After over 25 cruises I would be hard  pressed to recall a better run ship. Read more
