Just got back to the reality of another Canadian winter after 7 days on the Celebrity Solstice (Feb 6-13), in the Eastern Caribbean.

Flying in Canada in the winter is always a challenge and despite missing 2 connections due to bad weather we made it to Fort Lauderdale thanks to a very helpful Air Canada agent at Toronto.

The norovirus scare was just that, a scare. No sign of trouble on this cruise no doubt because of Celebrity's near constant cleaning and sanitizing of just about everything that stood still, including us. It took a bit of time to get into our staterooms while they finished the cleaning but once things got rolling we quickly settled into cruise mode.

Cabin Review

AquaClass 2

Aquaclass Stateroom with balcony.

Very comfortable bed, lots of storage space, Great bathroom and shower, user friendly in-room safe, great balcony, inroom entertainment system with great selection of music, internet and ship information but odd selection of TV channels.
