This was our first cruise and it was wonderful. The Triumph is a beautiful ship. The service and staff were outstanding. Our dining staff was friendly and extremely accommodating. If there was something that was not on the menu, then they prepared what we wanted. Our room steward was available upon request and kept our room spotless with plenty of clean towels, ice and anything we wanted. Room service was prompt and very good. The ship was clean and there always seemed to be staff around polishing and cleaning.

Embarkation was very quick. I was surprised, after reading all the reports of slow Embarkation. We arrived at 11:30 and were on the Lido deck by 12:20 and our room was available by 1:00.

In Cozumel we booked the Passion Island excursion and were very please with it. We got a tour of Cozumel by a wonderful tour guide, Ricardo, and enjoyed the time at Passion Island - it's a beautiful beach.
