A group of 25 from Mansfield and surrounding areas traveled together. Most stayed overnight in Columbus to prevent any delays in getting to the airport due to weather. Our flight was at 6 a.m so we were up and on our way by 4:30am. Traveled via Air Tran and flight was on time and crew was friendly not like some of the others that we have encountered lately. Refreshing way to start out.

Arrived in San Juan about 1:30PM Stayed at the DoubleTree, it was very nice.

Had lunch at their restaurant Under the tree. Food was very good and reasonable. Took advantage of the grocery store across the street and purchased soda to take on board. Have bought soda package in past but have found the fountain soda on the ships leave a lot to be desired. We were in port all days but one so thought the $50.00 was excessive for this cruise.
