In general we liked ship and cruise. Food much better than feared from other reviews and waits usually reasonable but when system broke down, it really messed up. For at least 4 meals waited more than 45 minutes from time sat down for food. Inconsistent-- salmon once excellent but next time same item totally overbooked: dry and tasteless salmon. Ate at Versailles and Acqua ( both have sporadic episodes of poor service), Market ( hated noise food and lack of ambiance), Grill ( while I can understand that they may require burgers to be well done, they still should be able to have them be at least a little juicy), Blue Lagoon ( good simpler alterative not having a surcharge), and excessively limited room service.

Shows generally good- owing to very talented and charming magician and his wife. But they were used SO often ( one night solely them and key and major part of 2 additional nights, plus some further afternoon sessions). Should program be that dependent on one performer? Hypnotist also very good and also repeatedly used. Show Shout was awful- as clear by a large part of audience walking out. Having seen old Second City, I was very disappointed by this "Second City" group-- only one of the 4 performers made any effort at improvisation or acting.

The so called Murder Mystery paid lunch featuring the Second City at $20 pp was awful. The clues had no relevance, again most of the group made no effort at either acting or creativity and the lunch was bad with no options and choices. It would have been nice if the Star had given necessary info.
