Embarking was very organized and we were in line less than 30 minutes. Prior to arriving at the port we went to a local grocery store and purchased soda and bottled water to take on with us. A few people in our group bought beer and put the cans in their checked luggage and had no issues. A few people in our group bought bottles of liquor and put them in their checked luggage and were caught by security and the liquor was taken and given back to them the last day of the cruise. I had packed a Rum Runner flask full of liquor and put it in my checked luggage and had no issues. They were very strick about letting people into their rooms prior to 1:30, so we just walked around the ship. The sail away party on the promenada was dull. Very few people attended and they had an OK band playing music. The actual sail away on the top deck was dull. No music, no celebration at all.

First day at sea. The usual events, men's sexy leg contest, belly flop contest, dance lessons and music. Pleasant, but nothing spectacular.

Barbados: We had booked a snokel adventure in advance on the Blue Moon. $90 each. The weather was rainy and overcast but we had a great time. They picked us up and drove us to their dock where we boarded their ship. They served rum punch, beer and other mixed drinks immediately. We went to a cove and snorkeled with sea turtles which were spectacular. Got back on the ship and went to another cove and snorkeled around two ship wreck with lots of interesting fish. They served a great lunch onboard. After lunch we swam to the beach and played in the water for awhile. Back onboard and returned to the dock and then a short van ride back to the port for shopping. The crew was friendly and shared a lot of local information about Barbados. I would highly recommend this tour.

The window seat, love seat and desk chair had huge stains. The bathroom needed updating, had several areas that were rusty and stained.
