5 night cruise to Cayman Islands and Cozumel.

I surprised my parents with this cruise for Christmas, they had NO idea! I booked them in AC Penthouse suite 10000 (forward). I told them about the NCL suite life, but I don't think they fully understood what all they were going to get. Needless to say, they had the best time and just couldn't get over the fact that they were treated like royalty all week!

Embarkation: My parents were nervous since this was their first cruise. They really weren't sure of what to expect. They were so relieved when they arrived in Miami and saw how organized things were! They dropped their luggage with the porters and then continued to check in. Since they were booked in a suite they had priority check in (loved this!). Belkys (concierge) escorted them on the ship where they had a wonderful lunch at Cagneys. Their room was ready about an hour later, so the concierge came and got them and escorted them there where they met their butler and room stewards (sorry, but I can't recall what my parents said their names were!). The safety drill was quick and easy. They went ahead and made dinner reservations for the week. They enjoyed the sail away party and had dinner at Teppenyaki that night!
