This was a substitute cruise for us. For almost a year we had planned to sail on Brilliance OTS in the Med on December 5, 2010 when three weeks before leaving, my husband injured his knee and had to have surgery that prevented us from going. Lucky us, because this was the sailing that experienced the bad weather that resulted in injuries and missing Egypt, which for us was the whole point of the trip. By the first week of January, my husband was cleared for travel, although somewhat limited with mobility, so we decided on an easy relaxing 7 night Caribbean cruise on Navigator OTS.

It's been 5 years since we last sailed on Royal Caribbean and we had never been on any of the larger ships so we were looking forward to all of the activities on Navigator and we weren't disappointed. We had a great time!

Embarkation - Quick and easy. We arrived at the port a little after noon and were on the ship within 20 minutes. Cabins were not ready until 1 pm, so up to the buffet we went. Bags arrived before 4 pm.
