NCL (well there are other cruise lines). We cruised over the Christmas and New year on NCL Jade From Barcelona down to Morocco, Gran Canaria, Funchal, Malaga and back to Barcelona.

We traveled overland via Paris which luckily avoided the weather disruptions ,experienced by many travelers ,where the snow closed down several airports.

We arrived at the port terminal about 1500 hrs. and had a very swift check in process (best we have ever had) so full marks to NCL.

Cabin Review

Mid-Ship Inside

Cabin IE

Inside grade KK number 5549 )Our cabin was fortunately made up into a double bed configuration, by drawing the normal single beds together and goody, goody! there was no bunk bed above. A very good point was that the bathroom shower had a solid sliding door to it so none of the "clingy" curtain problems. A small problem in the cabin was, as it had been made up as a double, there wasn't much room. The gangways each side of the bed were very narrow, and that in this configuration the corner of the table of the TV unit protruded such, that it was a job to get by it.
