This ship was tastefully decorated. Elevators were plentiful and fast, seldom had to wait. Worst part of trip was embarking and disembarking - both were a tiring nightmare and very poorly organized. Carnival's pre-registration was a waste of time and did nothing to enhance the embarking procedure. This was my 9th cruise (4th on Carnival)and the embarking process was the worst I have ever encountered.

Food and service in the dining room was excellent and the desserts were outstanding. Buffet food on the Lido deck was was plentiful, very good and lots of choices. The only drawback to the buffet area was the fact that the food locations were widely scattered rather than being in the same location. As I prefer to eat breakfast and lunch out on the Lido aft deck I was very disappointed with the size of the tables available....they were very small and even with only two people at a table there was barely enough room for plates and beverages.

Balcony cabin (my first balcony cruise) was lovely and well worth the extra few dollars. Bathroom and shower area were larger than many other cruise lines.
