This was our 11th or 12th cruise. Lost count somewhere. First time on Princess.

We flew direct from Boston via Jet Blue the day before(Saturday)and stayed at the Marriott Isla Verde. Took a cab from the airport. I think they figure 4 dollars per bag...plus their rate. The rates are set...so there are no overcharging. No problem at all. I cant really recall but I believe it was 20 dollars. Great hotel. I dont think there is a hotel that you wouldnt have to take a cab from (to the ship) so this worked fine. Would recommend. Right on the beach. Nice. Maybe 15 minutes to the airport.

Took another cab to the boat at approx 1 PM on Sunday. We were well aware that this was the worse time to go...but we wanted to get there asap so we did it anyway.

Princess..Caribbean princess cabin 526 Caribe deck. Deck twice the size. Had a balcony area that was covered...and the same size area that wasnt. Probably a bad balcony for the first time because we would expect this now.
