Overall the ship is lovely, has everything on there you'd expect from such a well known company, surfing, rock climbing wall, ice skating rink, theatre, gym, adult only pool area, bars, running track etc and all of a very high standard....but there's something missing - you just feel like a number on this ship and not an individual - there's no personal touch to make your stay a special experience.

We had a room with a balcony which was absolutely lovely. We had to approach the customer relation staff as the room did smell like stale urine but they soon came and sorted this out and no further problems with the smell in the room - oh and such a comfy bed - excellent nights sleep.

The promenade area is lovely, shops, bars, ice cream parlour, pizza restaurant, parades etc all very nice.

Cabin Review

Superior Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

Great balcony, comfortable bed, good size television, well kept and clean, nice size, good size storage - overall very good experience with the room and balcony.
