I'm back from my New Zealand cruise. Had a wonderful time, very impressed with Royal Caribbean. Embarkation and disembarkation went very smoothly and not much waiting at all.

The food was just wonderful and they even had some exotic dishes like kangaroo, crocodile etc. The menu in the main dining room was varied and interesting. The soups were the best soups I have ever tasted. I love prawns and in the MDR at lunchtime they were laid on and a fantastic salad bar.

Even though Rhapsody of the Seas is about 13 years old, her decor is in the Art Deco period and has a wonderful feel to it. Very stylish.

There were three of us and one slept on the fold out lounge which was very comfortable. Great balcony, good storage, quiet location. Wonderful view
