My party of 10 had a great time on the cruise and as always, we enjoyed our vacation but I can't claim that it was all roses....

Our first obstacle was at embarkation, I had booked my niece under her husband's surname but all of her ID's had her maiden name. I thought we were going to have to buy another ticket. But the supervisor approved it and we got on without any further obstacles. Props to the embarkation crew for their grasp of common sense.

As always, our cabin steward Coleman was friendly and helpful. I'm sure the spelling is not right but that's how you pronounce it. And that's about where the positive comments can be made about the Conquest.

Cabin Review

Cabin 6E

We stated in an Ocean View Stateroom that could accomodate 4 guest.

We thought the bunk bed would be put up daily and the couch reverted back to a sofa but they kept the bedding on all the time. We could fold the bunk bed in the up position to make sitting on the couch more feasible. There were four adults in the cabin so the storage was tight, luckily we had a 21 yr old who preferred to stay packed and live out of a suitcase. The shower was small and there weren't enough hangers. We often had five people in the room comfortable with a sixth person making it kinda of tight. But for a 2 or 3 person cabins, these rooms are great with plenty of space to stretch out.

The TVs are still 20" with wimbly lines, man it is tough to go to no def when you used HD.
