Where to start....first off the ship is beautiful, but, VERY difficult to find your way around. We didn't start learning our way around it until the next to the last day of our cruise.

Our room was fine. We had a stateroom with a balcony, which we enjoyed very much. However, the A/C in the room was less than adequate. We had our own thermostat, but, possibly, it's just for show. We called maintenance twice to try to get the room colder, but, no luck.

I quickly found that the people that loved this ship/cruise were of the retirement age group. I have sailed Carnival prior to this and will go back to them next time. Carnival's activities are geared more toward the younger crowd and they offer much more on a daily basis. There were not enough announcements to let you know what was going on during the day. For instance, I hear they had a sushi bar twice during the cruise, but, we never knew of it and missed it both times. Anyone who talked about it said they found it while walking around the ship.
