Having taken a plane to Nice and then a coach to Genoa in Italy, to the ship!!
We arrived to find a cold buffet,no water and no coffee or tea.
there is no tea or coffee or WATER available for the rest of the day.
The Cabin was OK, and bit small but all right. The worse thing was the lighting,
I like to read in bed, I could not even see the bed!
No extras' like flannels. good Service.
They collected the luggage at 2.30, but instead of picking it up and carrying it to the lift, the wheeled the trolley down the corridors, marketing so much noise, they woke every body up. The also broke the handle and base off my husband suitcase, and the base off mine!
