We left Luton airport on Sat 6th November, to be picked up by A 2 B Taxis and taken to our over night hotel which was the RIALTO right in the middle of the Los Rambles in Barcelona it was very busy as the Pope was in town on the sunday but We found the Hotel was just what we wanted. On the Sunday at 12 noon we were picked up outside the Opera House by A 2 B and taken to Barcelona port ,our luggage was taken by a porter and we made our way to book in.This took about 30 mins which included the hand held luggage going through x-ray. Before boarding the Jade we brought our water and duty free wine which you must put in your hand holdall this is important as we were told that they will not stop you taking it on board, do not put it in a see through bag.

We had to wait for our cabin to be ready (about 30 mins) the stateroom was not quite the size we imagined but well laid out it remined me of a caravan. the balcony was very adequate.

Monday morning we arrived in Monaco after a good breakfast in the great Outdoors we had a pleasent walk to the Monte Carlo Casino. We came back to lunch and made our tour of the Jade.
