Didn't do much here, just walked around the town and had lunch! Weather was a little cool in the morning and by noon was comfortable with just a long sleeve t shirt. 


Newport

Well Boston really took me by surprise! I had no idea there was so much history and entertainment there. We did the market, and it was fun to walk around for about an hour, then we got on the hop on and off bus and had the best tour guide ever, so good we didn't get off, we took his whole loop and he dropped us off at the ship. Showed us lots of interesting places, The big dig, JFK house, Boston General Hospital? , Lots of gas lantern streets, and much more. I wouldn't mind flying to Boston for a weekend. Weather was Perfect! 


Boston

Beautiful, the trees were in full color, was great to see the fall color, it was the only port with such great fall foliage. Took the olies trolley tour up the mountain, got some great views and pictures, Nice small town feel, got off the tour and ate lunch and had some great lobster and corn chowder! Weather was perfect this day also! 


Bar Harbor

BLAH! Really did not care for this port at ALL! Wasn't anything to do, not a pretty port at all. Did take a $100.00 tour to see the reversing falls and had lunch an hour away to see caves by the water, The falls are nothing too exciting to see, this port really felt like a fuel stop for the ship, really which we had skipped this port. Weather was Warm today. 


Saint John (New Brunswick)

After an upsetting day with St. Johns i was a little worried about Halifax but Halifax was great, lots of old pretty homes, old town and lots more to see and do here. We did the Titanic tour and it was really worth it. They took us the the Museum and to the graveyard that so many of the Titanic Victims were buried, very interesting, and the weather was very setting, it was a little cool, misty and almost dark and the crows were out, very interesting place. Weather was warm during the day and cool/misty at night. 


Halifax

A331 on the CB is in a great location, mid ship and quiet. Loved the lay out of the room, felt big, lots of room. My only complaint here would be the SHOWER, very tiny shower and no space to put your shower things, Also bed was very uncomfortable, this is what i missed most about Carnival.

About the ship: 



The ship was in great shape, looked good, but i did miss the "atrium" that most ships have.But again never found the big lines ANYWHERE on the ship so that's good!
