I just wanted to give a review of our trip on the Fantasy from Charleston SC to Freeport and Nassau. First of all the embarkation in Charleston was VERY quick, painless, and organized. We arrived at the port using directions from Carnival website, they were turn for turn and exact, we arrived about 11.15am. Once the workers arrived at 11.30 and started taking money for parking we were parked, unloaded our bags and ushered to an awaiting bus to drive us to the port. Once we reached the port we were greeted by very friendly workers who checked credentials, set up the sign and sail cards, took a quick photo shot and set us on our merry way to the WONDERFUL Fantasy. The food on the lido deck was hot, ready, and waiting. Our room was ready at 1.30 and the luggage arrived at about 5 or so...We are early diners and had the 6pm seating where we met our wait staff, Juan and his team were AWESOME as the food.

Our first day at sea was spent lounging around and playing trivia with the Fabulous Fun Crew, those kids were the greatest, and we also spent some time in the casino as well as seeing a couple good shows. As for the ports of call they were great as well, we went to the Dolphin Encounter in Freeport, and Atlantis in Nassau both were purchased through Carnival and priced very reasonable.

As for life on the ship there was never a dull moment or a bad experience to be had, the music and shows were great. The staff was all great from the room steward to the cruise director and her entire staff! The ship is in great condition and we are counting the days until we can sail on her again, we will probably wait until the trips to Bermuda start for that!

Cabin Review

Awesome cabin with a great view! No noise, except for the neighbors, we loved this cabin and our steward
