Check in took 3.5 hours and add that to rude check in staff the trip did not get off to a great start.

At dinner time the experience dod not get any better.We were advised by the waiter that there was no jugs of water on the table and tea or coffee not available,UNBELIEVABLE !.Msc surely know how to make you feel welcome. YEA RIGHT !!The waiter was very apologetic but was no his fault,the previous cruise had the water and tea/coffee.the food at dinner was average at best and certainly not up the standard I expected.
