I will try not to be too negitive but this will be hard!!!! I will start by saying the the Cruise Director "Kyle Post" should be fired for completely failing to do his job, There was very little planned activities and all that were cost more money of course, The highlights scheduled were 5 trivia contests throughout the week which were 20 questions lasted 10 minutes and the prize for winning was a cheesey little medal from gift shop valued at $3.99, Bingo costing minimum of $20 with 1 - $200 prize and 400 players. Their slot tournament cost $20 suppose to start at 2pm but kept open till 4pm took in 75 entrants equaling took in $1500 in fee's paid 1 prize for first $200.00 wow.

Now my second negative was the "shopping Guide" Shane was an absolute joke, He warns you to only shop at his approved stores which we find out that they are the stores that pay him side money for him to do so, the shops he told us not to shop at are the ones that won't pay him, I bought a watch from one of his stores and they put an extra link in it for sixe. prob is it was a black banded watch and they put a silver link in, In his shopping meeting he told us that Carrinval will garauntee purchases from these vendors, so I went to see Shane, first time he forgot me then second time He had a phone number to watch company sent to my room. Food, dining, bar staff and room stewards all got 100% great job and I tipped them all extra. Read more
