We've just returned from a med cruise with Royal Caribbean International. We were four people just over 50 with young mentality, reasonably fit, expecting to be bowled over by the whole experience.

On the last evening we sat to debate the Pro's & Con's of the trip; the following is our assessment which overall was a good one.

Pro's; food excellent and plenty of it, whether you want to quick serve your self or to be waited on, staff were very friendly and the service, again, excellent. Entertainment, plenty to do and see but was a bit bland i.e. shows were amateur, boring quizzes, karaoke; party nights were good but delivered to cater for the Spanish, see Con's. Very clean ship, rooms made-up twice per day, decor modern, sometimes had to pinch yourself that you were on a ship.
