We have cruised with RC and Celebrity in the past, and thought we'd try NCL because we heard so many good things about them. This was our 1st trip to Alaska and it was amazing. The ports were nice and the added excursions we booked were fantastic. We would certainly visit Alaska again, but not with NCL.

The Pearl was a very clean ship and very colorful. The cabin we had was large enough for two people and the bathroom had ample room to move about. I loved the space in the shower compared to the other 2 cruise lines mentioned above.

Getting on and off the ship was a breeze. We chose to carry off our luggage and was off the ship in less than 15 minutes once cleared to do. Read more
