We are a family of three, myself and husband are 43, son is 8. The adults have been on 8 cruises and this is the third for our son. This was our absolute favorite cruise.

Embarkation in Venice was very straightforward, provided that you knew that the shuttle bus from Piaza Roma had no identifying label. We knew from Cruise Critic that we had to ask, so ask we did. Once you get to the port there are plenty of signs and people to tell you where to go.

Our cabin was ideally located, midship and quiet. The cabin, and frankly the whole ship, were kept immaculate. Cleaning was going on constantly, and unobtrusively. I even saw a cleaner with a special long-handled brush for dusting the patterned cut-away wood work outside the Asian Restaurants.

Great location. Quiet and easily accessible to both mid-ship and aft elevators. This made it convenient for every main venue on the ship.
