Since we are local to the South Florida area we drove to the port and left our car there. The rate is $15 per day (which is not bad considering a cab from the port to the Miami-Dade area can be $50 each way.

The embarkation process was the best we have experienced. We arrived at 1:00pm... walked into the terminal and were onboard by 1:15pm and were able to go straight to our cabins. There was the traditional mimosa available as you boarded the ship.

Our stateroom included a balcony and was rather spacious. Our stateroom attendant was excellent (Jose from India) and would definitely recommend him. Read more
