I have to agree with the last review. Too many people on a boat with not enough space or services. Every time you turned around you were being billed or up sold on an item. The boat is in good shape but the furniture and chairs etc. all need to be replaced. I didn't like the layout of the boat with an open casino and the atrium was underwhelming. I think the layout was part of the reason why the boat was so overcrowded. The rooms and balcony were smaller than the last 5 cruise ships i have been on. This is also the first ship that in ten days never changed the food menu even at the dining hall. Same every single day/meal. Might be ok for a 7-day cruise but certainly not a 10 day. Also, the Christmas and new year's celebration was underwhelming compared to the last 4 holiday trips we have made. The service was good but they were so behind at all times they couldn't catch up. My cabin steward told me they gave him 6 more rooms to clean and a pay cut due to a new NCL policy. You could feel the financial pressure everywhere you went. This is my fisrt disappointing cruise in 10 years. At least the boat is going in for a overhaul in February. Sorry NCL but this trip was a failure and we had 8 new cruisers with us that we were trying to convert.................it didn't look good.
