Where to start. The begining....check in was a mess. Long lines no use of modern technology to assist with the process. No water for folks no signs what to have ready when it was your turn. Food...way overrated. The specialty restaurant Polo needs a complete reinvention. Was the same menu of last year. Steaks were overall average quality. Ordering a certain temperature was hit and miss...mostly miss. The Terrace Cafe was so crowded on sea days I couldn't find a seat. I was going to sit in hall on the floor and eat lunch but didn't. They ran out of peanut butter, Leffe beer and Pinot Noir wine. The cruise line that advertises itself as having the finest Cuisine at sea falls way short. Average food. Their slogan should be "Your World Our Way". Room was fine. Staff friendly. The shore excursions were hit and miss. Overall for the money it falls way short of their own perceived high quality. This was our 4 th cruise with Oceania and the quality and attention to detail is missing. Average. At best.
